Cheetah Print And Faux Suede Boots

As summer melts away, fall greets us with cooler temperatures and bright colors. I love summer, but I am always more excited for fall to arrive than sad summer is leaving. Fall weather permits the best clothes—cardigans, tall boots, long duster coats and fashionable hats. While I love sweater weather, the cooler temps make me want to stay inside all day cozied up in bed.

Embracing the cold weather can be fun and even chic. This cardigan has been a godsend in doing so. The print and colors are absolutely dreamy! After purchasing this piece, I can’t help but notice cheetah everywhere now. It’s safe to say it’s a print that’s here to stay.

Another noteworthy piece is, my friends, this pair of denim. A bit of an acid wash, they’re cropped perfectly with raw hems at the bottom. I have been going through a flair denim phase lately, and I am loving every second of it. They’re my go-to pair when leaving the house, along with the black wash version.

Last but certainly not least, these boots are everything. I have been on the hunt for some time now to find the ultimate (faux) suede, mid-knee, heeled boot. A mouthful, right? Let me tell you, it was not an easy task. I searched all over online and happened to find these on Etsy. While there are so many beautiful boots out there, they are usually made with real leather or suede. Knowing and acknowledging how that leather and suede is produced, I simply refuse to buy shoes made with those materials. So you can imagine how awesome it was to find these shoes assembled with man-made materials.

This outfit was a ton of fun to shoot, so I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! My sister has kindly been helping me a lot with photography and I am forever grateful for it. We took these, along with other looks, when I visited her at school last month. It’s always great to spend some time with her! Plus, I get to drag her to my favorite restaurant there called The Dancing Dog. It’s 100% vegan and pure deliciousness. It’s always a must when I’m there for a visit!
